The setup and parts sheet for the C.A. Technologies Panther 200C — the conventional (non-HVLP) member of the 200-series Panther, a pressure/siphon feed spray gun. The air-cap chart maps conventional caps such as the 22-2030 siphon (50 PSI, 12 SCFM), 22-2080 siphon (60 PSI), and higher-pressure 22-2062/22-2064 pressure caps (80 PSI) to fluid nozzles from 1.1 mm (32-0611) up to 2.8 mm (32-0628) with matching 40-12xx needles. The 4 pages cover cap and nozzle selection by application plus operation and maintenance. The conventional cap trades the 200H's HVLP transfer efficiency for higher atomization on demanding finishes.
