#304 EN 77-3088-R1.0 (8/2015) 4 / 7 Removing a plug from one of the three unused the strain reliefs found on the back of the electronics enclosure. This is where the flow sensor cable will enter the control enclosure. Loosen the strain relief dome nut and feed the cable through it and into the cabinet. Open the enclosure door and remove the covers from the two wire trays so the wiring is exposed. The cable should be routed through both wire trays before connecting to terminals in the next step. The black wire #304 is a board input and it connects to terminal L3B5 (between wires 303 and 305). Brown wire #207 connects to the C9 terminal block (front). Connect the blue wire (#270) into the C19 (rear) terminal position. Tighten terminal screw. Test integrity by lightly pulling on the wire. EN 77-3088-R1.0 (8/2015) 5 / 7 Route the wiring harness neatly in both wire trays before replacing the covers. With the wiring in place, tighten the dome nut of the strain relief so the cable cannot be tugged out of position. Verify all connections are solid and tight, and close the enclosure door. Route the connector end of the cable through the fluid panel opening behind the B pump. Connect the flow sensor cable connector to the body of the flow sensor and tighten into place.
