CET's powder coating lineup is built on Wagner — one of the few manufacturers serious in both liquid and powder. The new SPRINT 2 manual powder system (successor to the Sprint X and XE) pairs the 490-gram PEM-X1 gun with WACON Sprint 2 controllers and the Quick-Link injector for the fastest color changes Wagner has built — in box-feed, hopper-feed, and Expert touchscreen tiers with an integrated powder scale. On the automated side, the PEA-X1 covers reciprocators and fixed lines and the PER-X1 brings the same 100 kV X1 platform to multi-axis robots, with brackets for Lesta and FANUC CRX cells.
A complete powder operation needs more than the gun: a powder booth with recovery or collection, a curing oven matched to the powder chemistry, and clean, dry compressed air — moisture in the line is the silent killer of powder transfer and finish quality. CET specifies the whole chain, from Wagner application equipment through GFS booths and ovens to Schulz air treatment, and stocks the wear parts that keep powder systems charging correctly — including full spares support for legacy Sprint X/XE systems and PEM C-series guns.
