C.A. Technologies AutoCAT — Automatic Spray Gun for Reciprocators, Robots & Fixed-Mount Lines
The C.A. Technologies AutoCAT is CAT's automatic (machine-mount) spray gun for reciprocators, flat-line machines, robots, and fixed automation. It shares the AutoCAT air cap and fluid nozzle technology with the handheld line, so the conventional (C) and compliant HVLP (H) atomization and tip selection you know from the manual guns carry straight onto the automation. The 100-series covers general automatic finishing; the higher-output 300-series moves more material for production lines and heavier coatings. The gun mounts left, right, or bottom via the included rod and is plumbed for cylinder air (gun open/close), atomizing air, fan air, and fluid, with recirculation versions available for keeping material moving in a closed loop. Stainless fluid passages make it waterborne-ready, and it runs the same fluid tips and needles as the handheld AutoCAT/Jaguar platform.
