Wagner PER-X1 Robot Powder Gun

The Wagner PER-X1 brings the X1 powder platform to multi-axis robots. It delivers the same 100 kV corona cascade and up to 450 g/min output as the PEM-X1 manual and PEA-X1 automatic guns, in a 645-gram package (325 × 54 × 269 mm) engineered specifically for robotic integration — purpose-built mounting brackets and cabling that survive continuous articulation. Six bracket configurations cover the common cell layouts: Single Inside (SI) and Single Outside (SO) for one-gun arms, Twin Inside (TI) and Twin Outside (TO) for dual-gun setups, plus dedicated adapters for Lesta self-learning robots and the FANUC CRX10iA collaborative robot. The optimized nozzle geometry produces a very thin, uniform coating thickness that cuts powder waste on high-volume parts, and the cascade runs negative or positive polarity to cover standard and nylon powders. Because the PER-X1 shares the X1 nozzle and electrode ecosystem, a shop running Wagner manual or automatic guns already stocks most of its wear parts. IP54-rated; certified CE, EX, FM, and UKCA.
