C.A. Technologies CAT Xpress — Pressure-Feed Spray Gun with Swappable HVLP & Pressure-Reduced Air Caps
The C.A. Technologies CAT Xpress is a pressure-feed spray gun that ships with the flexibility to run two air caps: a pressure-reduced cap (part 2403218 / 2403224) for maximum atomization, and a true HVLP cap (2403233 / 2403235) for compliance areas — each consuming about 9 CFM at its rated inlet pressure. That lets one gun cover both high-output production spraying and compliant fine finishing by swapping the cap. The fluid nozzle range runs from 0.8 mm through 2.2 mm with matched needles, so the CAT Xpress handles fine finish through heavier-bodied coatings. Stainless fluid passages make it waterborne-ready.
