C.A. Technologies Bobcat — Air-Assisted Airless Spray Gun for Wood & Industrial Finishing
The C.A. Technologies Bobcat is a professional air-assisted airless (AAA) spray gun built for cabinet shops, furniture manufacturers, and industrial finishers who want consistent atomization with minimal overspray. AAA pairs airless fluid delivery with a small amount of shaping air, giving higher transfer efficiency than conventional HVLP while handling higher-viscosity materials without reducing. The Bobcat runs the 36-series reversible tip lineup across 0.007" to 0.021" orifices and 20° to 80° spray angles, with approximate pattern widths charted for each tip. A forward-push trigger safety, simple pump hookup, and full parts breakdown make it easy to run and rebuild. Paired with a CA Technologies AAA pump it excels on flat panels, door fronts, and profiles in solvent-borne lacquers, waterborne topcoats, and catalyzed finishes.
