Binks 2100 Conventional Spray Gun

The Binks 2100 is a full-size conventional spray gun built for continuous production spraying across a wide range of coatings — solventborne, waterborne, high solids, adhesives, epoxies, lacquers, enamels, sealers, zinc-rich coatings, and abrasive materials. The forged aluminum body is precision machined for durability, while stainless steel fluid passages and threads provide corrosion resistance and eliminate cross-threading. A curved ergonomic handle reduces operator fatigue during extended shifts, and the integrated gun body and fluid head design minimizes part count for faster repairs. The 2100 supports both siphon and pressure feed configurations and is backed by the largest selection of air nozzles in the industry — including Maximum Delivery (MD) air nozzles engineered for superior atomization with less material waste. Fluid nozzle orifice sizes range from .028" to .281", covering everything from thin wash primers and dyes to very heavy texture coatings and road marking paint. Maximum rated air and fluid pressure is 100 PSI. Gun weight is 1 lb 6 oz (635 g). Air inlet is 1/4" NPS (m), fluid inlet is 3/8" NPS (m).
